Project description: The project is planned to be built as part of the urban renewal process advanced by the Municipality of Netanya, which will significantly change the city center and resolve the severe lack of parking spaces in the city by building a huge public parking lot spanning 5 floors.
Details: According to the plan, 1,200 sq m of commercial areas, shops and cafes will be built, along with 5,000 sq m of office spaces and 80 housing units – small 2-3-room apartments suitable for young couples.
